That's definitely Miami Beach probably Collins Avenue. I've never been in that store though cuz I don't surf.

thats collins between 7th and 8th closer to 8th st.on the west side. To the left (south) is a Polo Ralph Lauren and a Guess and on the Right is Armani Exchange and Banana Republic ... why do I know this ? my freshman year at college I worked at the Guess and across the street from this building at the Kenneth Cole

they also have a second one now i believe on lincoln next to johnny rockets between lenox and michigan ave on the north side.
