MPR suddenly looks very attractive because of its very close proximity to St. Lukes, PSE and Shangrila. A good buy IMO.

i agree, those who got a unit here is so lucky since so much great developments are happening around the building. there's so much room for appreciation for MPR unit owners!

RLC has decided to sell the commercial spaces on the ground floor to 3rd floor maybe because it is surrounded by commercial buildings which made it potential for business in the future.

Its a webdesign and internet marketing company (Search Engine Optimisation, Pay per click, email etc etc). At the moment its just servicing my clients back in the UK, but the plan is to grow the customer base in the philippines and also for outsourcing for the US. Once I get my unit in 5th Ave Place and start spending more time there in Phils, I will slowly start to grow the business.

I also want to set up a recording studio there in BGC, but thats in the future and a labour of love...any suggestions on suitable location would be welcome...

The SOHO units are all different shapes and sizes as you can see from the plot plan above. They are not loft units but on one level and mine is on the 3rd floor and is around 63sqm.

Cant wait to spend more time there in BGC, its gonna be an awesome place to live, work and play.

during our very short...4 months stay in makati.... two years ago, my wife and i would sometimes drive (instead of walking frugally to glorietta 4) from our ritz towers condo to price mart to buy (compared to rustan supermarket) cheaper red wine and fresh veggies.

am utterly amazed how bgc has grown!

all these pictures give me a panoramic 360 degree view of mckinley park condo in relation to nearby surroundings.

my uncle, an oncology radiologist practising in the old st. lukes medical center, q.c. wanted ...still dreaming...to buy a unit at mckinley park residences.

s & r ...formerly price mart...is now dwarfed by st. lukes hospital. wow

keep posting them updates guys... especial thanks to rick, bevepi, aaron and lauren!

Sa Ground Floor probably Banks, convenient stores, restos and coffe shops.

2nd & 3rd floor can be offices or clinics.
