Are they doing anything with the top of that first setback? Observation deck Bar? Anyone know?

^My instructor is actually working on that restaraunt right now, the initial renderings look pretty bland/predictable, will be a nice view dining from the terrace though.

dan, do you know if there's anything planned for the second setback? i imagine if there was it would be hotel guest-access only...

Is it growing again, or are they still working on the setback? Sorry if I should know this....I try and walk by when I can - but it still doesn't seem to be growing much the past few weeks.

I live next door to the trump tower and have been taking pics from my 15th floor condo, looking right at it. I have a ton of pics on my website.

They already have a floor above the second setback poured. Kind of hard to tell from Wacker, and with all the scaffolding, but you can sort of see it in Retrogrades photo a few posts back.

^ Holy Shnoikens, Victor!

Chicago doesn't belong in the top 4 my ASS (in reference to ignorant comments made in the "Top 10 global cities of commerce" thread at SSP). That picture alone screams "God lives here"

Pure awesomeness rising as we speak. The last time I was in Chicago, that thing was barely rising. It's come a long way since then.

This tower is such a departure from Trump's other bland and boring skyscraper designs. This probably is the only Trump skyscraper I'm a fan of. Good luck with this one and I'll check back periodically.

well when the King of New York real estate goes Midwestern, he had better step up his game

I believe he has succeeded. The more I watch this thing rise, the more I love it. My mourning for the Sun-Times building miraculously disappeared after the first set-back.

Speaking of which, one of my concerns about this building was its diminishing of the Wrigley. However, after seeing this pic

I think it now has the possibility to bring new love to one of Chicago's most beloved buildings. Fullspeed ahead...

Okay, nobody else has said anything about moving past the second setback, so I'll say it:

Y-Yes!!!

And as always, thanks to the photo submitters
