I remember seeing the same thing on the stainless steel columns at USB building on South Wacker. Those were fixed. I don't think that its a big deal.

Did anyone else catch the Built it Bigger episode on Discovery that featured Trump? It was pretty fantastic!

They said that the hotel is going to be open for business this winter!!! Does anyone know if this is true?

Earlier last week the project spokesperson revealed that the opening would be delayed until February. However, DT later denied it by saying his hotel will open its doors to welcome guests in December as scheduled.

I got to come back last weekend and snapped this picture. It has really got tall since I left. It should be pretty big by the time I move back in April.

I believe sometime mid summer 2008 (July-August)

I believe that they are on floor 49 now. As I've mentioned before, the next transfer floor should take 6-8 weeks.

Still blows my mind that they'll be opening the hotel when there's 30 or so floors left to be constructed above.
