Well, yes i had really a lot of fun, i was impressed of city, once minus point were metro stations. Metro itself is perfect very punctualy etc.. But I think the stations are very tourists unfriendly, very complicate etc... An example is station Chatelet. At least that is my feeling after using such stations here in Germany

But punctuality is unbeatable!

Châtelet-les-Halles is not tourist-unfriendly. It's human being-unfriendly.
There are even rumours of rats and pigeons going crazy and hanging themselves in this maze of a station.
The authorities have always denied though.

I'll never transfer at Châtelet-les-Halles again. There are too many long passageways. I made the crucial mistake of switching lines there on my arrival in Paris. I should've gotten off at Gare du Nord instead.

Stevan, great pics but perhaps you should have put them in Euroscrapers or the general forum since this is predominantly the French-speaking and it would be more interesting for non-French/French-speaking forumers to see your beautiful pics of Paris...
