Thanks Lumberjack and Porto i think this tower will get more international attention than The Shard does because of it's beautiful architecture

By the way, can you post only a few pictures per post? My internet speed is extremely slow lolz

The design is certainly more complex and the City needed a striking tower like this.

Well, I think both towers are just as beautiful and unique as each other. Once the Shard is complete I am sure it will look amazing.

London's boom is starting IMO. There are a number of 100m+ towers at various stages of construction:

Bishopsgate Tower (288m)
Heron Tower (246m)
Riverside South Tower 1 (236m)
Leadenhall (225m)
Riverside South Tower 2 (189m)

Broadgate Tower (165m)
Pan Peninsula Tower 1 (147m)
Strata (147m)
Landmark Tower 1 (140m)
Pan Peninsula Tower 2 (122m)
Nido (105m)
Royal London Hospital (101m)

At this stage there's a chance that some of the bolded ones might be put on hold, but there is absolutely no indication of that yet and every day they are getting closer to the point of no return.

Bishopsgate Tower (288m) - U/C
Heron Tower (246m) - Completed
Riverside South Tower 1 (236m) - U/C
Leadenhall (225m) - U/C
Riverside South Tower 2 (189m)[/B] - U/C
Broadgate Tower (165m) - Completed
Pan Peninsula Tower 1 (147m) - Completed
Strata (147m) - Completed
Landmark Tower 1 (140m) - Which one is this?
Pan Peninsula Tower 2 (122m) - Completed
Nido (105m) - Which one is this?
Royal London Hospital (101m) - Completed

Don't forget -
The Shard (310m) - U/C,
St George Tower (181m) - U/C
20 Fenchurch St (160m) - basement construction,
The Heron (112m) - U/C

and 100 Bishopsgate (172m) - demolition, Heron Plaza (135m) - demolition

Heron Tower should now be (230m) - Completed
See http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=387926 for the Landmark Tower
I hope this is helpful
