this thread is only for photos of UAE @ night

june 23
2am to 3am

as seen from our apartment in hyatt regency
it was relatively clear and not too humid so i tried a night shot with my new digicam
and this is the result

PLEASE NOTE: i didn't have a tripod, i couldn't have used one anyway
i almost broke my arms to take these pics out of the window

Excellent night time photo's DL, some of the best I have seen!

Without getting too technical, did you use a manual camera setting to get these photo's as good as they are?

yes, i have chosen the shutter mode and left it open for 15 seconds or even longer

My camera has a maximum of 8 seconds only

My has only 4 seconds but it is enough for me.

my camera's aperture can be opened for up to 30 seconds btw!!!
