I like Asymptote's or Nouvel's designs better.

Why is this museum gonna be built in the wilderness anyway?

Oh wait ... I just looked at page 2. Never mind.

And as for Dallas well your city makes dallas look more urban with its endless looking sprawl so how long will it take well considering 45 minustes drive would be a distance of 30 miles well i wonder which would take longer. Dallas excellent highway system or your not so great highway system i wonder?? I do take back my first comment the 1st picture made it look like it was in the middle of nowhere but its just on an outskirt
Well, I never knew Tampa was also a cultural destination with world class museums to offer so I guess I need to get out more.

In my very personal opinion Dallas does not look more urban than Guadalajara in general. And yes, the highway system here SUCKS. Infrastructure is not enough IMO for a city this big.

GDL combines old and new very nicely. Here are some pics of the city and its metro area:

I don't want to make this page any heavier but I think that should give everyone an idea of what this has to offer. Maybe I'll post more pics later on another page.

It's a wonderful project. I just don't thing the area it will be contsructed on is the most appropriate.

anyway, does anyone have a map of the location of the museum, like where in the city? is it going to be in the city of Guadalajara or in Zapopan or Tlaquepaque?

Great pics, will this be near any metro station? I was wondering, when was Gdl settled by the Spanish?
