yeah the 40 or so skyscrapers that have been added to city of melb since 2000 have really added to the city's skyline and density. some nice designs. some not so nice.
yes the boom is over with only a few bldgs over 300ft/90m uc.
Most melburnians will get post eureka depression in 2006.
might be a while before we see another 200m+ scraper. most will range between 90m-150m.

At first it was, with the mast to be place atop, but it has been deffered indefinetly ie put on hold for the time being.
