Damn, I did 51 floors. Must've counted the double height skybar as one floor. :/

Though the plant floors seem to be taller than the residential floors in the elevated drawing, so it's probably accurate height-wise.

Interesting info. I knew it was 50 but Subtract kept saying it was ''officially 48 floors''

Taller than HCT now.

And Tates makes four. I'm a Clarendon Park boy myself. And nice as Beetham Tower is I'm sure you will all agree it's no match for the mighty Leicester Market

Just watch out for that Northbeach ..... he's from Nottingham!

Yep, getting really lofty now. The top of the DOKA is probably about 130m now. Core about 125m. Floorplates about 95mish.

Taken yesterday. Notice the setback on the left side, at the same level as the overhang? That's so the double layered facade can go in, I assume.

Lol. God bless the MEN for having such regular skyscraper articles. But please, no more graphics! The 37th is actually currently the first floor below the DOKA, top of the DOKA is equivalent to the 41st/42nd floors, alas, the Beetham looks way too tall on that.

Somebody has obviously drawn that with a ruler and pencil. It seems to have about 80 floors.

We wish!
