Does anyone know that why Dubai built such a lot of buildings &
supper tall buildings in recently and in near future?
Their population is not such dense and land is quite enough and large !
I think they are not necessary to build such tall and large quantity.
"Strange" ????????

the gate looks different imo.

park towers will also turn out different, though some similarities with swiss re. right.

btw here is the area where all those towers will be built the panorama is quite old already, everything is UC here, very busy.

btw notice the shadows of SZR towers

and on the very right, behind al murooj complex (where the cranes are) , the new downtown UC, Burj dubai complex!

it ll b strange if it built for nothing. Well, do u think anyone on earth would do tht??? Dubai's pace is designed to be the hub of global tourist destination, and destined to be the business hub in d middle east region. Its doesn't built juz for its locals and for show.
