hehe not only south Netanya go to center of Netanya and in Niza built building only for french
in august u will feel here like somewhere in France 70% of people in the streets speaks french

Yes but there is Marocco ("south france") french in central netanya,
and there is Paris (new immigrant) french in the better part of netanya - in poleg.

actually Israeli cities just cant afford the urban sprawl of european or u.s cities because most have very little land reserves and are very cautious of planning them.
Most areas will have towers alongside a few low-rise housing schemes and town houses so you get a mixed neighbourhood with different options mainly depending on
what you can afford - a small 250 sqm 4 bedroom house with a small garden may cost twice or more than a 4 bedroom flat.
In places like tel aviv or hertzeliya or rananna a 250 sqm house may cost
6-10 times a 4 bedroom flat, meaning you can sometimes buy an entire 6-flat
building for the price of a private house!
