Will they have high floors becouse if they have the usual 3 m / 10 ft I doubt they'll rise more then 150 m including the podium.

The tallest (model) seams to have no more then 35 floors.

how is 9 200m+ towers anything but a huge project, the fact they're all linked makes it even bigger. I really like the idea, the symetry is appealing, and the seperate towers will increase window space, all round i like it. But then again i like everything until ive seen it built (innocent till proven guilty)

They will make a 180 shop Shopping Centre with a huge panoramic restaurant there, it will be built on a hill, so you even have a good outlook from the 75m high terrace. The name is Shopping Cidade Jardim, like the nighbourhood.

The penthouses are on two storeys with 4.5m each storey, the Shopping will have enormous floor height and will make almost one third of the total height!!! The "groud floor" which would be the floor on top of the Shopping will have 5 metres of height and is destinated to salons for social events.

Some of us prefer good architecture first.

This project is the biggest pile of crap I have seen in a very long time.

BA? It is São Paulo! But even though you can get better things in São Paulo for less money. Unfortunately the unequal distribution of income makes Brazil be a country with 100,000 millionaires, of which half live in São Paulo and it's region alone! THIS is why there are such horrible projects!
