If I was a billionaire, I would buy that building. It's one of the sharpest designs and looks I've ever seen.

Brickell Financial District Sees Retail Renaissance

By Jennifer LeClaire

MIAMI—The Brickell Financial District is known as a scene for global business transactions, but more and more it’s becoming known as a hot destination for dining and entertainment. Two new eateries just came to the 1450 Brickell/One Broadway retail and residential complex: PM Fish & Steakhouse and Sacah’s Café.

The inside is even more spectacular.
Some of that cats that post here will recognize that architectural style from Buenos Aries.
PM stands for Puerto Madero and the whole place feels just like that neighborhood. Although the owner (Luis, I think he said) is from Mexico, the design is distinctly BA.

That area around Brickell Village is really starting to gain a very good nightlife vibe...With the lucky clover, fado, blue martini, and Segafredo and Irish pub....anymore places open up or anymore popularity in that area and I feel like it will kill the atmosphere that I think it currently has...kinda like how south beach got murdered by popularity

Yes, it is a big improvement to the old bland facade at One Broadway.

I hope this is a trend that catches on.

Quote:
The move involves a relatively small office — between 50 and 70 people will work at the SAB Miller office at 1450 Brickell Ave. — but is seen as a coup for the city’s standing as a corporate hub for the Americas. “It’s a stamp of approval for Miami,’’ said William Holly, executive director of the Cushman and Wakefield brokerage in Miami.
