Burj Kalifa. The tallest I have seen would be the former World Trade Towers in New York.

Eiffel Tower, Paris at 324 meters or 1,063 feet, although that's not technically a building, so then 30 St Mary Axe, London at 180 meters or 591 feet.

I'm asumming this title is a mis-typo so The tallest building I've EVER seen is the Shard in London, May 2012 on a school trip, it was almost nearing completion then, 310 M tall.

Highest building I have never seen: Burj Khalifa.
Highest building I have ever seen: Does the CN Tower count? If not, then it would be the Shanghai WFC (492m).

1 World Trade center (Freeom tower)

Although when I was younger the Twin Towers were far more impressive. I think even in pictures they are still more impressive than the new 1 World Trade Center.
