2 IFC in Hong Kong 415m
The highest floor i have been was the 69th floor from Landmark Tower (273m over gound)
But i think Shung Hing Square in Shenzhen was a little bit higher. The observation floor was on the 69th floor, too.

Feet are the same as meters, so 1450 feet would be 1450 meters.

Just kidding. I believe it's 3.2 or so feet per meter.

I assume you mean 'ever seen'...

In that case the tallest building I've seen is the Empire State Building

I think it has to be:
1. Eiffel Tower, Paris;
2. Donauturm, Vienna;
3. 1 Canada Square, London (saw that from the London Eye);
4. Palace of Culture and Science, Warsaw;
5. Montparnasse Tower, Paris.

But with number 2, 3 and 4 I wasn't addicted to skyscrapers yet.

And maybe within 2 weeks I'll see the Lakihegyi Antennatorony in Budapest (314m).

@ FM2258:
To be exactly, 1 foot = 0.3048 m, so 1450 feet is about 442m.
