I have seen, and I have been to the Sears Tower, the tallest skyscraper in the US.

The tallest structures I haven't seen are the KVLY and the KXJB radio masts in North Dakota.

I have seen the CN Tower and Taipei 101.

I live in a shithole city, so the tallest I've ever seen was a 19 floor apartment. It might be 20 floors, I don't know.

Allthough I've been downtown Toronto, I've never really seen any of the buildings. I've seen the CN Tower, obviously, but as for that, most of Toronto I've never seen.

Shanghai Oriental Pearl - 467.9m

Tallest building I've seen:
Kuala Lumpur Petronas Towers - 452m
(been into it but floor 42 only)

Tallest point I've been in a building:
Shanghai Jin Mao Tower observation deck - 340.1m

Tallest building under construction I've seen:
Shanghai World Financial Center - 492m
(but I guess it doesn't count, it was below zero when I saw it )

Otherwise I've seen:
Menara Kuala Lumpur - 421m (been into it)
2 International Finance Centre, Hong Kong - 415m (seen it from far away only)
CITIC Plaza, Guangzhou - 391m (been into it, but there's not much to see ;-) )
Shun Hing Square, Shenzhen - 384m (been into it)
SEG Plaza, Shenzhen - 355m
Shimao International Plaza - 333m (actually lower, spire was not in place when I saw it)
Eiffel Tower, Paris - 324m (been into it)
Nina Tower, Hong Kong - 319m (seen from far away as well)
Menara Telekom, Kuala Lumpur - 310m (from far away -_- )
Sydney Tower - 309m (been into it)
Plaza 66 Tower 1, Shanghai - 288m
Pudong International Information Port, Shanghai - 288m
Sunjoy Tomorrow Square, Shanghai - 284m
Republic Plaza, Singapore - 280m (been into it)
UOB Plaza, Singapore - 280m
OUB Centre, Singapore - 280m
Hong Kong New World Centre, Shanghai - 278m
Kaifeng TV Tower, Kaifeng - 268m
