Where are the people? Autos seem to outnumber pedestrians by a large margin.

Absolutely love the colorful stucco buildings.. are there any other cities in the southwest quite like that that anyone knows?

Just curious in general.. how is Albuquerque in comparison to Tucson with housing architecture? peublos, stuccos, colors, and the like..?

I am currently attending the University of Arizona and the campus is very beautiful. The Sonora desert is one of the most diverse in the world and is gorgeous. I am partially impressed with the schools architecture and I love the foothills area along with 4th ave. As for the rest of the city; it might as well been planned by children.

Stucco and Southwest Contemporary are very common is Albuquerque. But we also have a large variety of all sorts of architecture, and it is common to see other styles in both housing and commercial buildings.
