If this building was built anywhere else, i would hate on it cause its too boxy and plain - esp for all the hype it gets.
however, i have to admit its OK for its current place - the WTC were boxy too. also the glass is nice

Very nice building; a bit conservative design, but the glass facade makes up for that. A worthy replacement.
