after finsihing should be 80-100 (guessing only)

80 - 100...WTF? i think they're spending wayyt oo mauch on MALLS...they should be helping the tsunami victims in North Sumatra

IMHO, Tangerang is developing much much faster than other Botabek cities (Bogor and Bekasi). Tangerang have what bogor and bekasi dont have: good access. The street is soooo much wider even in suburb. However, compared with Bogor, Tangerang polution is higher.

Agree, not to mention these new buildings make Jakarta surroundings to be unstable like frequent floods, less trees and greeneries. Perhaps we all should be having a new thread of what are the efforts to overcome issues due to raising of these new skycrapers. Don't let Jakarta to be occupied by the rich who don't care about its surrounding and others who live in.

one of my biggest concerns is the environment. indonesia has the world's largest rainforest, second to Brazil but i doubt that it sgonn akeep that titel for much longer. the water is getting contaminated and it ruining what could potentiallyh be nice beaches, and the air sucks

It seems that there's only one tower under construction on the pic instead of their original plan of building two apartment towers and a office building on the top of the mall. but the tower tower looks quite huge, probably it combines the apartment and hotel into a single building

I do agree with you ... JALAN RAYA SERPONG dari Tangerang sampe ke BSD CITY udah 6 lajur .... tapi sayang masih macet pas jam2 tertentu .... Bisa ditempuh lewat PONDOK INDAH dan juga KEBON JERUK
