STACK is Urban Concepts' most recent inner-city development and the first we are proposing to undertake in West Leederville.

STACK is within walking distance of both the Fremantle and Joondalup train lines, and Subiaco Oval. The strip shopping, restaurants and cafés of Rokeby Road, Subiaco and Oxford Street, Leederville are just minutes away.

Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) statistics reflect a 23.5% increase in median price in West Leederville in the 12 months to March 2005. The 5 year average annual growth rate is 14%.
