For some reason, people from NZ and Australia feel at home in San Diego, perhaps it's a similar lifestyle which is a good thing.

I am sorry, I should have been clearer My friend lives in Cape Town. He is an engineer and he travels to San Diego for business. Each time he comes back he praises the city and now he has finally decided to move there. I don't mind because now I have an excuse to visit the city myself These developments are truly stunning.

I have friends who live here and visited Cape Town and praised it very much, also. They said it was very similar to San Diego in many ways.

I didn't know this was here too. Great the more attention the marrier. I really like the new design, it makes the building look much taller then it is.

Yeah, I like it, also. I guess the roof is suppose to have an unfinished look, and it doesn't appear to have changed much from the old design.

Im trying to find if theres any news on any new office developments besides Broadway, and Diomand towers. It seems that there isn't, but Im hoping it picks up, it'd be nice to have a building built without balconies...even though those are nice too.

That's a pretty good comparison, but I'm sure the architect didn't use it for inspiration.

Yes, I like the fact that the dome has a lattice affect. It should allow alot of natural sunlight to filter throughout the building. I believe the roof will have an outdoor area so the library users can take advantage of the sunshine, fresh air and surrounding views.

I like that Two America Plaza, it appears that One America Plaza will have a smaller sister after all.

the new library dome will also resonate color or glow at night. Either that or the dome will have a beam of light stretching to the sky. That is tight.
