If you're speaking of any kind of bridges, China is my guess.

Maybe Switzerland. But I guess they prefer to rely on tunnels.

I think That china has the most bridges overall, and holland the most bridges per capita.

Do you think?
China may have more inhabitants because it is more densely populated, but I think the United States could have more bridges. |

Yeah, it'd definitely be the States given its size and level of development.

But the States isn't old enough... it hasn't been building bridges for nearly long enough to match China in quantity. Also, more people = more bridges needed, generally of course.

Perhaps The US?, if not compare th the size of the country, only taking about number of bridges alone.

I think that should be Indonesia... 16 thousand islands mean a lot of inland waterways.. 220 million populations, 4th in the world means heaps of cities and villages..

It is really hard to name the country with the most bridges, because I doubt that every country or region collects statistical data of their amount of bridges. Bridges are also not just bridging water, but also roads, highways, valleys and sometimes even bridges. |

I even think its impossible to know what country has most bridges It could be easyer to know more specifical data: highway bridges, river bridges...
