There was a ninety storie tower planned during the mid-90s but its in Luneta between the Ministry of Tourism and Finance, not Bay Area. It was a free-standing structure resembling a torch. The Tower was supposed to be called Centennial Tower but were planning to change it to Ramos Tower

yeahh parang ayan nga.. pero yung top will resemble a pearl. and then may mga shops sa ground.. i heard it'll be built on a reclamated island behind MoA

I don't think the Centennial Tower would be as high as the CNN tower but it's gonna be really tall.

Cultural Center of the PHilippines Modernization Plan : PICS
Info : There was this design contest in the Phil. for the Cultural Center mdernization plan and the top 3 winners' design shall have there design as the Center's new plan.

This area has some current developments are they being put in the master plan?

^ The bad thing is, were cash-stripped. Pour in the money or perhaps WORK like a carabao for the money and those projects would be finished by 2010.
