No, it's just better for following the tower's progress when we look back on the thread in the days/weeks/months ahead.
If you hotlink directly from the site, then the image is constantly refreshed. It's better to save a copy of the image to your hard drive, then use either Tinypic.com or another site to host it, so the image is displayed as it appeared at the time you posted it (if you understand what I mean ).

maybe someone can help me out... On the webcams from what I can tell lloyds is on the left and swiss re is dead ahead. From the renderings I woudl expect that 51 lime st would tier upwards going from left (shortest) to right (highest). If this is correct then why is the core on the left the main core and shouldn't the one on the right be the tallest core??
If anyone can understand all that I would be very grateful for some clarification cos I'm getting confused. Cheers |

The core on the right is a separate, smaller building.

Have a look at the webcam, they seem to be boxing the core in, maybe its gonna have a doka type thing around it

DOKA are a company that make self-raising construction platforms that usually go around concrete cores in highrise buildings. They allow work to continue whatever the weather.
Also known as slip formers. http://www.doka.com/doka/en_global/index.php
