Good- a nice postmodern condominium among all those modern ones.

Well,I wouldn't call buildings like One Saint Thomas "postmodern", it's architectural style is more of "faux-history" or "neo-art-deco".
For me, Shanghai's skyline would be considered "post-modern"

That is exactly why it is postmodern. It's a reaction to the modernist movement, and in some incarnations designs harken back to more traditional or pre-modern styles. The definition of postmodern covers alot of ground.
