^ Washington Isn't a joke whatsoever, there is a height restriction alowed max 10 stories (pretty much) - And you're the idiot for not knowing that washington does have a skyline - just not a tall one, when you exclude the Washington Monument, and its not just americans who think it has a skyline - sorry to tell you, but you're the joke here

ANYWAY! I like Brasilia's skyline, 7.5/10, hope it grows more!

^ Im sorry, but no one was acting like it, except for you, calling us idiots for think that a place has a skyline and saying Washingtons a joke, very uncalled for, as if we think we're 'kings of the world', which i've never met anyone who thought that, living in this country for my whole life

this is more skybar discussion though!

but i don't want to get off on the wrong foot with you, just try to be a bit more civilized(not sure if that is the right word to use) instead of saying a city is a joke and saying another city is 10x better

no hard feelings, okay

Brasilia urbanism is amazing, is heritage of humanity by unesco since 1988, the architecture is hommogenious , anda basicaly from the same architect, Oscar Niemeyer wich is one of the greatest brazilian arquitects, and brasilia is one of the brazilian cities that offer better quality of life, the city is the richest per capta( among the state capitals of Brazil), and has one of the highest HDI among the other great cities in brazil, if you consider the initially planned part( plano piloto), the HDI is the highest among the states capitals of Brazil(all this rich politicians...), by the way, the city is inspired in
LE CORBUSIER architecture, and is the closest that we can get from the utpoic non built project of "CITÉ RADIOUSE"(sorry i dont know french, is it right?), the great green area + this blocks with maximum 6 floors is one of his ideas.....
i 'll give nine for the city that is unique in the world...

One of the most unusual cities in America! Very interesting built form.
