TORONTO PICS!

Hey guys. I turned 19 last Wednesday so this weekend 3 of my friends from NB flew in and we had an awesome weekend downtown. We stayed at the Holiday Inn on King Street. GREAT location! Here are some of the pics we got:

401 westbound, plane taking off eastbound:

This is one of the best shots you can get on the Gardiner

Our base for the weekend =]

From our room: Hooters!

Much Music

Looking directly North... some good shots coming up

Damn glare

Meh... Drunk photography, but a cool car.

From the Skybar at Guvernment Nightclub!

Blurry... whatever

Guvernment is insane

Right next door (on the east side) to the Holiday Inn where you stayed will be the TIFF Tower. Grat pics! --- DrT

Makes sense. That is one HUGE and EMPTY parking lot! Is the tower supposed to be tall?

42s and 510 ft. it'll be towering over the Entertainment District.

Then again it will still be shorter than it's nearby neighbour, the Ritz, which will likely break ground first.

YEEEEAAAAAAAAH!
That Holliday Inn is exceptional eh!?
I stayed there while I was in Toronto last time as well.
17th floor too! And there was a pool on that floor!
Great location, and the price wasn't bad at all!
Awesome.

I was man. You actually suggested it in my other topic.

The only bad part was Saturday night/morning. After a wild night at the Guverment, my friends and I crash at like 4:30-5:00am. An alarm starts going off at 5:45am! Not the wake up call we wanted, lol. People were evacuating but we were all too out of it to care. The Fire Department took FOREVER!
