Anybody know which banks provide mortgages for al salaam city units? None of the banks I looked at provided mortgages for tameer projects.
I am a non-resident but planning to move soon. Please let me know what are my options for seeking financing.

Does building a city 1000 buildings including towers plus infrastructure by one firm sound strange? It does to me! Can anyone let me know if they bought property in Al salam city?

Does not sound a strange because Tameer is the developer and not the builder.
The builders will buy land from Tameer and build their own towers.

No, I don't know. But you can call Tameer.
My opininion Al Salam City is a good project given the prices and the location. You have Emaar building Umm Quawain Marina and another project "White Bay" by an australlian developer.

The model homes are due for completion very soon on site. This I am sure will further increase the buzz surrounding the project.
