Thanks for the new picture. Union 7 is really a fascinating building. It will be my one of the favorite building in Hong Kong. I can't stand any more to see it's compelted. HK's skyline will be the best of the best since 2007.

its roof height is taller than T101 by almost 40 metres...

Not a chance, SWFC is going up at a frenzied pace. Where as nothing seems to be happening here :p.

But SWFC is quite a few years behind schedule anyway, so you can't really complain.

The news say the first phase of the office space (the lowest floors of the tower) will be available in 2008, and upper floors in 2010. Reaching the hotel floors (top floors) is probably another one year. So don't expect to see much until at least quarter 2 of 2006.
