I think they are still on the 12th floor and yet again come to a standstill.
I hope what has happened in Dubai in the past few days has not given them an excuse to stop building but i would not put it past them.
I'm sure this tower will be ready for occupancy in 2011

they told me now they have reached to the 14th floor and reara has to confirm and ok everything after they are done with each floor and reara is not on time therefore they are late.

As usual they are lying as you do not need permission to build floor by floor. I have another property which has been completed in Dubai and have been officially told by their managing director that permissions to build each floor do not exist. Memon as with many companies are struggling to get finance from banks and cannot pay the contractors to carry on building the next floor so yet again building has come to a standstill. I'm sure soon they will be sending us letters demanding more payments so that they can get some funds into their account.
As mentioned before CT1 will be completed in the middle of 2011 and Ct2,Ct3 etc even later.
Thank you once again SANTY for lying about a completion date.

The completion date will definitely be second quarter 2011 as my payment schedule they have sent me is as follows:

Dates Particulars
20th January 2010 7th installments + pre- registration = xxxxx

20th March 2010 8th installment = xxxxx
20th June 2010 9th installment = xxxxx
20th August 2010 10th installment = xxxxx
20th November 2010 11th installment = xxxxx

So if November 2010 is the last payment the apartments should be ready late 2011 as getting the NOC takes ages even when a tower is completed.

Never mind - only 4 years behind schedule. Thank you Santy for giving me 8 completion dates upto December 2009 and still it goes on.

Reading the other treaths I'm happy Memon is at least building their towers...
I know it's all delayed but as the infrastructure of DSC will not be finished before 2012 I'm happy in a way the towers aren't finished yet

i'm not as rich as you guys who dont need rental income etc. Having invested in 2006 and having already given Memon 85% -over £100,000, many other developers having released later are near to completion

Maybe we bought the apartments to use for ourselves and you made an impulse investment. Aparently your payments were also not linked to construction, if you had done so you wouldn't have paid 85% yet...
By the way, it's also my lifesavings and you can never have plenty $$$$
