Below is the latest email requesting money for euc/pre reg etc.
If CT1 wont be ready for another 1-2 years why are they requesting this now as no other developer that i have purchased with requested this soon.
It also states it is mantantory for the first year and starts in April this year???
Any comments and will any of you pay this now?

I am being asked for 7200 for my unit, and I have spoken to Mr, CONFUSED, brilliant name for a company that is what it sounds like.

Ask that you would like to see the policy document, before you sign anything, also does it cover you if you have a terminal illness.

I was told the ct1 hand over is now dec 2010 why do you think is in the next 1 or 2 years?I hope not but as most of us know they lied before so you maybe right.
and has any one got any new updates/picuters?

Hi Fariba - Beleive me the handover of CT1 will be end 2011-begin 2012. They still have alot to do. There are hardly no workmen on site. Even once the building has completed it has to be handed over by the master developer-all safety checks etc. have to be made. It will take ages -sorry

I don't uderstand why they are taking sooooo long to just fiinish one building.if they really want to get it down they can do it by end of this year. so i guess we go back to memon not having any money right?
and if that's the case how can they finish the rest of the ct's example ct4 if is going to be built would be in 2014
what kind of investment is this i ask myself paying %60 or %70 to memon and you may or may not have an unite in 5 or 6 years is just crazy

Its true that they can finish the building but a delay (unless you want to live there) is probably pretty good so that DSC as a whole can catch up. however, i dont agree with Memons ploy to raise suspect cash - not very ethical. all developers are dodgy.

I know you mean well and i can see and agree to a dgree with what you are saying.yes unfortunatlley DSC won't be complete any time soon and my questions are:

seems to be smart person, but bit late. You should have bought ready apartments in completely developed area.

I think you are missing the point ofcourse every one had a chance to buy a reday apt but for what ever reasons we didn't and as far as me buying off plan was the best and i knew it comes with some risks but in my wildest dreams never thought is going to be like this.so you are saying is my fault for buying in none developed area and therefore these lieing thives can do anything and everything with peoles money and future.

How about you smith11 are you O.K with everything that is going on ?if not i guess you should have bought it in a ready development.

I think that Handover will be in Q4 2010.

Not in ct1 but in ct3 and ct4 and i'm following their progress in the rest of the project's since the ct1 was the first one which was sold and still is not finished

Just been informed unofficially that CT1 is yet again on hold until more funds are collected so expect emails from Memon requesting further payments. A friend visited sports city yesterday and no workmen were on site so i'm sure this is the case

Just got answer from shanty

Greetings, these are all rumours, please check the RERA website and you will
know how much progress we have done on all towers, as you are aware that
tower 1 internal works are in progress and the cannot be measured. Secondly
tower 2 is on 10th level and tower 3 on the 13th level without progress we
would have not reached where we are today.

Shanti has told me CT1 would be ready from 2009 onwards so i wouldn't beleive what she says!!
