my guess is that maybe they are able to build 0.2-0.3 floors every day :-)

It would be great to have a public space like a restaurant or observation deck in
the top of that building.

if the 'skybridge' is put into the hole it will be at least 440m up but it's uncertain if it'll be built and if it is it may be an enclosed structure. i think the concern is that it may be too exposed and windy that high up. i prefer the ferris wheel idea myself. i'm sure the top of the structure could support it.

I'll give them three weeks, to a month, before we see any installation of core slipforms, as this tower is a composite structure, (i.e. structural steel, encased in concrete.) So the only traveling or selfjacking slipforms we'll see, may be used on the Core, and the four large vertical columns. (also possibly, some diagonal bracing.)

The rest of the tower should be, fireproofed structural steel, and corrogated steel decking, (Robertson decking, as we call it here in the states.) This one will rise with the speed of a standard steel framing operation, for a building this size, i'd say about 3 day's a floor. (i'm pretty sure concrete forming and encasment will follow, a few floors below steel connecting operation's).

Once they get the first, (in this case, second floor.) standard floor in place, this one will gain speed.

^was mentioned two posts earlier

but in case you can only read downwards, a ferris wheel round the outside of the hole, and maybe a skybridge across the hole
