Nope

If you don't count spires then yes but it won't officially beat it.

I don't really understand how they determine which skyscraper is taller. I mean take Petronas for example, if they include the spire on top of Sears then Sears would be taller than Petronas, but then Petronas also has a spire but then its considered part of the buildling and therefore its taller than Sears? If you include habitable floors then sears is definitely taller than Petronas.

There is no spire on top of Sears....It has an antenna that is all.

yeah, so it doesnt count for overall height. However if it were a spire, it would be the tallest building in the world.

Back to SFC, isnt it just a great building. It woud've been complete by now if it had the funding it needed. oh well... its moving at a speedy rate anyway! Mind you, all cores do tend to fly up in no time. Cant wait to see its sexy facade being put on. But its early stages, so im gonna have to wait!

It's hard to beleive that Taipei 101 still doesn't beat that. It's time for a tower that really surpasses the Sears Tower.

US7 & SWFC won't be the tallest in the world once it's cmpleted. Eecept the
both buildings put a spire on the top of roof. If both buildings increase it's
height like that I rather like " Nothing is better than belong".
Second is better than first under this condition.
