Still wondering why they don't just add another paltry 8meters and make an even 500.

i'm sure that the outdoor deck of the john hancock center is higher than the 86th floor of the ESB?!

When is it scheduled to be completed again? Those rendering photos aren't current are they because I thought they weren't going to make that opening at the top a full circle...
