It looks alright but IMO they should built it vertically instead of horizontally.

well, come on, its great!!! and it's next to the river. It's gonna be one of the most important hotels in the world, some articles are saying.

I'm not convinced that with the current economic situation in Argentina that this will be a commercial success.

haha what current economic situation? Remember that we've been growing 9% for the past 2 years, with excellent projections for the future.

Buenos Aires is also going through a skyscrapers boom (have a look: http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...98#post4897798)

Plus, Argentina is the 34th most developed country in the world, with Human Development Indicators of 0.853, according to the United Nations.

Looks fantastic! The only thing that would make it better was if it was high instead of wide. But, it's still looks great.

I also would rather see a nice skyscraper than this horizontal structure. the size is impressive though.

The design looks more like an office building than a hotel, but I still like it. It should reflect the river nicely, and I bet it will provide a lot of great sunset photo opportunities if it's positioned right.
