Construction regulations oblige you to build less than 8 floors in Puerto Madero area

Yes, that is why the hotel or any other building have to observe the rules established by the gov. see : Puerto Madero regulations
So I would think of a huge building flat better that high if regulations limit me to less than 8 floor to build. The style of the building must also stick to regulations,so glass is recommended not to alter the view.

If not, I am sure that this hotel would have been a beautiful skyscraper !!!

lol, I bet that outside a SKYSCRAPERS forum, people would love this hotel and wouldnt complain about its height.
