Do you think it will be open by summertime? I am going to Warsaw at that time.

T2 is due to open in April 2006, but the construction work is behind schedule. The part of T2 (arrivals) should be ready in July/August and the whole complex by the end of 2006 or early next year (more probable)...

Should be a nice looking airport- You have to wonder about the accoustics, especially with all the glass and exposed steel-there doesn't seem to be anything to suck in the sound..Other than that, it looks pretty promising!

can't wait! It's looking pretty good and it's starting to take on the "western" style jetways. Looks pretty good so far, kind of reminds of CDG a little bit - love it!

Edit - Awesome spotting photos btw, many German aircraft though... kind of like the last time I went spotting

Frederic Chopin has a French-Polish family. He was born in Zelazowa Wola near Warsaw. He also lived in the city...

I like this airport, but it the opening is delayed from april (yes it must be open yet

) to february
