The delay is horrible but on the other hand the interior is beautiful.

I've been reading the polish forum and from what I understand (which is not a lot) there has been an updates about the constructions plans, what are the specifics?

whats the news about the new runway behind the control tower?

I know there is hesitancy to build the new runway because the approach path would effect construction of a new railway (or was it an highway) however what is the chance that the new runway will be built?

if the new runway is built, it would collide with the new expressway-ring-road of Warsaw, wich is not U/C presently. If they move the ring road 100 metres to the south it would cause no problem with the new highway.

And for the terminal, the problem is that the owner of the airport (PPL) has broken the contract with the constructor of the new part of the airport. Now they are trying to fix all the things that they could not finish + fix the fire security problems (too low sound of the speakers etc.). They should be ready somewhere in March, if not, there's a big problem because Polish airports will join the Schengen zone, and only the new terminal is adaptated to the required security measures.

So the possibility of the new runway is likely?
I saw in the polish news that they are correcting the windows and loudspeaker problem, which is good. However, I haven't red anything about the south and middle pier construction (which I can see from pictures was never finished). So I wonder, what plans for the south pier?

And with all this talk about corruption, What are the legal issues in regards to Spanish consortium?

they did a good job matching the inside of terminal 2 with the outside of terminal 1 (pictures 3

).
can't say the same for their respective outside facades, as the red entrance of terminal 1 still reminds me of a circus every time I'm under it.

How many airbridges are there currently in the north pier that are orange. i know there where 3 but where are the other 3 are they from the old terminal and have they been placed yet . ALso what gate numbers are there
