but it does look a lot like the other emaar towers on the other side of the website. i think they are the burj dubai views.

Cant that be a 10 story water feature? Like the one in front of the display center for the palm (but bigger) ?
Or perhaps a drive through fast food ?
Will it even be developed as it has no water frontage at all

btw i just had a closer look, on the original emaar plot map (the one with al marsa code 392 + number) there is another plot between marina tower and marina terrace, as well as between marina terrace and grosvenor, and there are two plots behind grosvenor.
i am a hundred % sure all these plots will be built up.
imagine how crowded this is going to be. even more than JBR!! just bullshit emaar is doing imo.
the best thing is for example a huge complex, like al majara, marina scape, marina quays or park island, as tthese have a much better layout and more spacious feeling than most of the single tower development. imagine marina terrace, it will only have an unblocked view on the very front.
same with marina tower and grosvenor.

from the map it looks like its between GH and marina terrace and is build as a sliver ie narrow end facing foward to the water and the main building facing the side of GH.
YUK location and poor planning, too dense and no parkland and urban areas for residents
