They will turn out very nice. Also there will be a nice shopping mall connecting the towers together. I think most owners will be really pleased with their JBR investment.

I think if they could add some gardens and greenery to the roof it would make them look quite nice.

One of the renders showed rooftop gardens on several of the tallest towers. I dont know if thouse renders were official or not but it gave them quite an interesting twist.

At least Hong Kong's blocks have different colors; each complex is mostly the same, but their are hundreds of complexes, so it doesn't really matter. Also in HK most of the blocks use several shades for their buildings so that its not quite this bland. I think more of an "Oasis" feel would have been better. The windows are too small and balconies would have been nice.

I agree Balconies would of been awsome, especially considering the fact that all the talls over look one of the best coastal beaches in the world.

Now that looks cool. The Jumeira Beach Residence with it's sandy colors make it look as "natural" as the dwellings in thie picture.

very nice updates! Progress on "the walk at jbr" is clearly visible now. I can't wait to see the finished promenade with shops open!

No problems because you were not.

They dont look like commie blocks at all. But there constant design and pressence gives this idea. They look far better than i hoped.

I tend to agree with pflo777. I know they all look the same but that doesnt change the fact that the DO look like commie blocks. The factt that they look the same is what does that.

I've said it once and I'll say it again... this is NOT up to Dubai standards! Wassup with the tiny windows and the HUGE slabs of walls? Esp those sides facing the beach? horrible design mistake in my opinion...

i expect much better from Dubai
