But not to people like you or me. They mostly sell out to companies who would buy in bulk and resell to the end user afterwords.

As D-L said, what single person would buy an appartment before construction has started (ie: people that will live there)? How many people do you think will live here though once it's finished? I reckon not many in the beginning anyway but after a while, once the marina is complete a lot more will move in.

It does make a difference. The difference is that the place will either be a vibrant community full of people, life etc... or else it'll be a bunch of empty towers. Aswell towers which don't have a lot of occupants generally age faster which means they'll have to be knocked down earlier.

Don't forget that Jumeirah Beach Residences are the ONLY development in Dubai Marina that offers to their residents FREE beach access. Residents of all other towers will be very dissapointed to live meters aways from the sea and have to pay a Hotel for going to the beach. It costs thousands of dollars a year for the membership.

This is a very plus point for Jumeirah Beach Residences. If your apartment have sea view you are living on the best value-for-money home in Dubai Marina.

I know the nationality doesn't matter but i was just giving stats and i don't mean to say that every tower is built by just theses 2 groups well most any way and the truth.
If Indians/Pakistanis were not the one working on building this towers, then others would be, Bangladeshis, Chinese, Indonesians, Philipinos or Arabs from other poorer aereas.
I know that!! I was just trying to say that these 2 are the biggest groups(which is the correct info) and were the 1st to migrate.

BTW its spelt as areas not aereas!!

No no no. This thing is completely unrelated, except maybe for the fact that this is also under contract of Emaar. This is part of Dubai Marina project.

EDIT: This is was in response to Londonindyboy.

Burj Dubai complex and Marina/JBR are some 20 km away and JBR is NOT part of Emaar's Marina project, despite the location.

JBR is a project by Dubai Properties, part of Dubai Holding.

Well, I guess I don't know everything after all.

Maybe next time I'll just leave it up to the people who live there.
