jumeirah beach is a way to put a wow factor to a section of dubai's beach - noone should have a problem with it - except if ur from dubai, then thats another story.

there are naby other cities which have far more uglier beachfront properties!
i agree, nobody has to love this one, but not everything can be ultra-luxurious!!!
think about that!

compared to other projects in the dubai marina, this is low-cost housing

I still like them. The idea is that the entire complex is connected by a (2floor?) shopping galleria.

it is supposed to be kinda boulevard extending from one side to the other,
spread abt several floors with restaurants, cafes, shops etc.
