Its quite unique
It is very unique, and I think that's giving it a very love it or hate it feel. I personally think it looks great, and will look even better in reality. But I can see why some people would hate it as well. It's a very adventerous design that's for sure.

Its different... Although, the renders I believe aren't done very professionally thats why we get a negative impression of the building. But none the less, another development for Islamabad, which now officially going highrise crazy.

lets not forget that this building will fit in well in islamabad...its a new city so there should be no problem for this kind of building.

Sick. How can Holiday Inn afford this? It's pretty out of the norm for this hotel chain.

Construction cost in Pakistan is low. There's an abundance of cheap labour. So its not like US, Canada, or the West where you have to pay $45 / hr to a labour .

So they're basically saving a lot of money.
