It's Duisburg, or rather Doesburg just east of Arnhem, a hanseatic city still as populous as 5 or 600 years ago: 11k
Very small, yet with enough problems to meet the criterions set for inner city renewal projects. So Doesburg somehow ranks along with Amsterdam or Rotterdam :rofl:
The church tower is tall, was 97m, now down to 93m - shot at by the French and Germans and partly rebuilt after 1945.
