Yup - bought a place here. Hope it turns out to be a good investment. It is in a good location and I bought an apartment with a wrap-around balcony to maximise the views.

I was told that the building would be ready for occup by end June. Visited the place yesterday and they're already putting on the roof on some parts. Will hopefully be ready by then.
