Like many others I was a bit disapointed by the London City hall. It's a really nice idea, wonderfull shape, but quite small, and will surely be outdated in 50 years, like Toronto looks a bit outdated already. But, perhaps, 500 years from now, if it survive's time, people will describe it as a fantastic piece of classic architecture.

Philly, but Brussels looks like it's going to win.

Buffalo's (even though it's not on here) city hall is nice, too.

if Toronto is unique and London the newer of the 5; there are hundred of "historic" city halls that looks similar to the Phily one -starting with Paris city hall- (or even Brussel for that matter although Brussel is quite grandiose) and the number of historic city halls that could stand the comparison with Brussel is huge... Out of the five I would then still vote for Brussel but more by elimination than choice.

No offense but Torontos city hall looks like two concrete slabs. I think that Brussels has the best city hall. Its the most grand.
