They should have left it where it was... not a bad piece of architecture for its style and better than the banal replacement

Is the new building taking up both plots? because as far as I was aware this was just the first phase. the council located it as a high-rise possibility and this 14 storey was just the start of it?

A very recent PDF posted on the currently lost thread had an exact height of 55.5m.

Doesn't matter though. The 2nd phase will surely surpass 67m.

that was the guidlines published by the city council to developers whiching to develop the site.
