Modern Low-Rise Architecture of Oslo, Norway

To be honest, Oslo doesn't have a lot of skyscrapers. But there is a lot of modern architecture, however.

Telenor Fornebu
Norwegian Telephone and Telecomunications company Telenor recently moved most of their actions to a new building located in Fornebu, close to the old airport.

BI Nydalen
This is a new economy and marketing college that soon will open. It will have room for 8,000 students.

Nydalen Metro Station
They are building a new line on the Metro in Oslo, and 2 years a go they opened two new metro stations, one of them is located in Nydalen.

Aker Brygge
This is a quite new harbour area. Actually it is an old area that has been rebuilt. However, the architecture is amazing.

Well, there is much more, hope some one else will post too

The harbour area looks gorgeous, the rest a little run-of-the-mill. Could anyone post more pics of buildings in that district?

A 747 was halfway across the Atlantic when the captain got on the loud speaker, "Attention, passengers. We have lost one of our engines, but we can certainly reach London with the three we have left. Unfortunately, we will arrive an hour late as a r esult."

Shortly thereafter, the passengers heard the captain's voice again, "Guess what, folks. We just lost our third engine, but please be assured we can fly with only one. We will now arrive in London three hours late."

At this point, one passenger became furious. "For Pete's sake," he shouted, "If we lose another engine, we'll be up here all night!" http://www.mmohome.com
