Some of them look kinda tall, although the tallest is only about 150 meter? I can still remember the plane crashing in it
. But most of the towers (downtown I think) look crappy, those in the bussiness districts (at least, thats what I think they are...) look nice. A 7.

the tallest skyscraper of Milan is the "Pirelli", about 130m One year ago, a private airplane crashed into-it look some pics:

Milan skyline is not that nice. But the city itself is very pretty. I've been there once. and i love the sights very much.

You are right - you have to see the city itself. I don't say that the city sucks, it's just the skyline.
This building actually looks kinda cute to me Reminds me something my grandparents live in right now. and this one is also sort of communist-like

Milan is a time capsule for skyscrapers.....the city that stood still since the 1970's.
But there is hope.... But I think the cities to watch in Italy are Genova and Torino at the moment. |
